This site is a source-grounded public-record index of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE). The LEIE identifies individuals and entities that are excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federally funded health care programs.

Source & updates
Records are derived from the official downloadable LEIE database published by HHS-OIG and refreshed on a periodic basis. The latest published file is treated as authoritative for current exclusion status. When a record no longer appears in the latest file, it is marked "no longer listed in the latest HHS-OIG LEIE dataset" rather than continuing to assert a current exclusion.
Correct or remove a record
If you believe a record is inaccurate, misidentifies you, or should be removed, you can submit a correction/removal request. For authoritative status, always consult HHS-OIG directly.
